A convenient and secure tool that helps employees plan their time,
quickly establish contacts and solve routine tasks: create requests,
order documents, find the necessary information about
colleagues and Bank departments.
Background
The Bank's employees had several problems: access to the bank's services only from workplace, the lack of an entire resource
with information about colleagues and departments, there was no remote access to their tasks, and there was also no access to the calendar from a smartphone. Therefore, the Bank decided to create a unified information and working resource for all its employees, managers and chiefs.
Research
As part of the research, 26 bank employees from different fields of activity were interviewed.The sample included 4 product managers,
7 call center employees, 5 developers, 5 senior managers and 3 analysts. As a result of the research, we were able to build the first hypotheses and identify several problems that we want to solve for users and management.

Log in
To log in an employee needs a username and password, which is given at the time of hiring.
The App requires a PIN or biometric data when oppening, since the App contains confidential information.

Home screen
The main screen consists of several blocks. The first block is a calendar with upcoming meetings. The second one contains important information from the HR department. The third is news. The fourth is tasks. The order of the blocks can be changed in the settings. There also has been developed the notification functionality with its own flexible configuration. Users got an ability to disable and enable different types of notifications. Moreover, was completed the request to have an access from the main screen to add contacts. The structure of the Bank and all employees are displayed there.
Task list
The task list contains all the tasks that relate to the employee. Here you can create tasks for yourself, manage statuses, select and set priorities and monitor the deadlines of employees' tasks.
Creating a task
At the first stage, the creation of tasks has limited functionality, but at the same time it allows you to work with tasks. Full functionality
is planned for the second stage of the project.
Profile
The Profile contains all the information about the employee. In this section you can set up personal data, change the phone number, appoint an assistant, change the workplace and send a request to support.
Appointment of an assistant
The appointment of an assistant is necessary for employees who are on vacation or on sick-leave for a long time. A request is created in the App, the assistant accepts it. After that you can see the appointed assistant in the employee's card and contact him with questions.
Favorites
Users can save news, stories, events and books to the Favorites section.
Finally
Thanks to collaboration with developers, managers, analysts and illustrators we managed to create a cool App for bank employees. Furthermore, we increased employee engagement and simplified processes in the company. The product develops every day and becomes more convenient.
